Up Close at the V& A

Here's a video of one of the ceramic displays at London's Victoria & Albert.

Another Look at the Parade

Imagine being in Dublin on St. Patrick's Day ... here's what we remember from the parade.

The V & A

The Victoria & Albert Museum ... design central!

London ... yeah, yeah, yeah

We arrive.

Animation at Warwick

Brian and Andy and Liz conduct an animation exercise on the grounds of Warwick castle.

Warwick Castle

We climbed inside and outside the castle.

Off for Wales, Warwick, and London

Dublin to Wales on a ferry, a few stops and sleep along the way, then on to London.

The Beatty

I almost forgot to mention The Beatty Museum -- The Charles Beatty Library, to be exact. As the sign says, one of the best museums in Europe ... and absolutely free. The museum gardens also have a monument to slain journalist Veronica Guerren. And, lastly, the quaint police station -- The Garda -- across the street.

Goodbye Booterstown

We didn't really stay in Dublin, Booterstown to be correct. And, here's a shot of the bay from our home base Tara Towers. Also, Brian and April recording video of Dublin.

The Parade

Imagine being in Dublin on St. Patrick's Day ... here's what we remember from the parade.

Trinity College

After St. Patrick's we made our way to Trinity College and the Book of Kells.

Seeing Dublin

The next day more to see in Dublin ... from St. Patrick's Cathedral to Trinity College and the Book of Kells. And, remember all this on St. Patrick's Day ... so don't forget the parade.

Dublin ... our first day in our first city

Trying out mass transit Dublin-style and finding the landmarks is a good way to figure out the city.
